Orders are shipped from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania via USPS, UPS, or Fedex within 1-5 days of placing an order, unless otherwise notified. Shipping rates are based on size, weight and destination of package.

Orders are subject to tax dependent upon the shipping location.

Tracking is included with each order, unless otherwise notified.

Please note that Hot Haute Hot is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has left our location.

Shipping is currently only available within the U.S.

Returns

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. We do our best to include accurate descriptions and photos of each product. However, due to the unique nature of many of our products we do not accept returns at this time.
